I’m so excited to launch our brand new fitness collaboration, ‘Mums Off Duty work out with Gerhard’. You asked for more fitness content on the blog, and I aim to please, so here you are ladies!
I know how hard it is to find the time to work out. There are a million and one other things you need to get done. But the bottom line is, you HAVE to make time to look after your health and fitness. Your health is everything. If you exercise regularly, it has a positive knock-on effect on everything else in your life. Your mental health, your body, your confidence, your self-esteem…the list goes on, and it’s all good.
No babysitter required
In last year’s reader survey, you told me you wanted to exercise but lacked time, money and babysitters. So I’ve been working with Gerhard Boshoff from fitnessgb.com to develop a series of FREE home workout videos created especially for mums looking to get back into exercise. No need to go anywhere or find a babysitter. Just find 15 minutes in your day to invest in you.
To join in and access all the videos as soon as they’re released, please join our dedicated Facebook group. It’s also a place for us to chat about all things fitness, and to cheer each other on. It’s much more fun doing this kind of thing together, right?

You must make sure you are healthy and well before taking part in the workouts. It is so important that you are in the safe zone to start exercising (usually at least three months after giving birth, longer if you had a C-section).
