BACK TO NETBALL
Across Hertfordshire

About
All of our Back to Netball sessions provide a gentle re-introduction to netball – the emphasis is very much on having fun whilst learning the basics and getting a bit of exercise at the same time! The session is aimed at beginners. Some people who come along haven’t played for a number of years, usually since school. However, others have played a little more recently so there is a range of experiences and abilities, but new players are always very welcome! At a typical session, we start with a light, fun warm-up, followed by some simple ball skills and then a game.
All you need to do is turn up on the day/night and look out for the coach, and all you need is a little bit of money and a drink. Wear anything you feel comfortable to exercise in – we recommend trainers with laces if possible. Feel free to follow our Facebook and Twitter pages to keep up-to-date with all Back to Netball sessions in Hertfordshire, including if a session is cancelled for any reason. Visit our website to find your nearest session.

TINA WALKER, CYCLE INSTRUCTOR
Stevenage

About
Hello, my name is Tina, and I want to let you know what I can offer to all you busy mums.
With your kids in mind; I can teach them to cycle, organise a fun afternoon of cycling for a party or special treat, or teach them road safety on their bikes (Bikeability levels 1-3).
With you in mind; I can teach you to: ride a bike, increase your confidence and how to ride safely with your kids so you can go out as a family, help with road cycling/commuting skills, or even lead group or individual rides around the local area.
Cycling is a great way to get around and is fun, cheap, avoids getting stuck in traffic and is actually good for you and the environment!
